Birth Doula Support
Investment: please contact me for more information
*Application and interview required*Classes teach you what might happen. But birth isn’t a quiz, it’s physical, emotional, unpredictable and intense. This support bridges the gap between knowledge and reality.
My job is to help you stay steady when things get intense. To protect your headspace, help you come back to your body and make sure you never feel like you’re navigating labour, decisions or uncertainty alone.
We talk about the why behind birth too, because your environment matters. Feeling safe matters. The people in the room matter. And your nervous system absolutely matters.
Then we get practical.
How do we prepare ahead of time? What helps you stay grounded? What does your partner need to know? What do we do when plans change, fear creeps in or the room suddenly gets loud?

FAQs
-
Absolutely.
I’m not here to tell you where to give birth, how to give birth, or what your choices should be.
I’m here to help you sort through the noise, understand your options, and make decisions that keep you in the driver’s seat.
Home birth. Hospital birth. Somewhere in between.
The setting can change. The goal doesn’t.
-
Think of it as having a birth coach in your pocket. You can text or voice message me anytime for support, reassurance, or guidance. Whether you’re spiralling after an appointment, wondering if what you’re feeling is normal, or just need someone to remind you that you’re doing great - I’m there.
No scheduling, no waiting weeks for a call - just real-time, personalized support when you need it most.
-
Everything. Seriously.
Birth fears, mindset work, labour prep, labour/pushing positions, postpartum healing, emotional overwhelm, relationships - you name it. This space is for you. Some days it’s strategy, some days it’s a pep talk, and some days it’s just a safe space to vent and breathe.
-
This is a personalized, in-depth session designed around you - not a cookie-cutter hospital PowerPoint.

It can be held virtually or in person (depending on your location), and yes - partners are absolutely encouraged to join.
